Sheltech Ceramics Limited (SCL), the latest venture of Sheltech Group, started the commercial production of its exclusive line of floor and wall tiles. With a state-of-the-art factory and modern technology, the commercial production of Sheltech Ceramic tiles started in February 2019. The factory located in Bholas, Bangladesh, is spread out over 60 acres of land and is currently manufacturing more than 10,000 square meters of floor and wall tiles every day. There are two separate administrative and operational buildings with a plethora of factory workspace and over 1500 employees at the facility.

The Problem

SAMI Pharmaceuticals initially installed a hybrid Wi-Fi solution, incorporating brands such as D-Link routers and TP-Link Deco series among others across their premises. However, this approach resulted in the absence of a centralized controller to manage all routers effectively. Recognizing the limitations of this decentralized setup, SAMI Pharmaceuticals needed to replace the existing outdated routers with a reliable networking setup from a reputed brand. The team’s search led them to evaluate several different brands, aiming to find one that could meet their technical requirements while remaining cost-effective.

Formula 1 Technologies is a communications service provider, installer, and support center for business customers throughout South Africa. They provide end-to-end voice, video, and data solutions to the enterprise market and offer everything from networking solutions to a turnkey voice solution, along with the hardware required. Formula 1 had been using Samsung PBXs and in recent years Samsung decided to exit the UC market. Although they do offer a hosted service, the majority of Formula 1’s customers still opt for an on-premise IP PBX, which is maintained through a service level agreement. Formula 1 used this opportunity to analyze the market and look for new industry partners that could help them offer better services to their customers at a lower price.
