Sheltech Ceramics Limited (SCL), the latest venture of Sheltech Group, started the commercial production of its exclusive line of floor and wall tiles. With a state-of-the-art factory and modern technology, the commercial production of Sheltech Ceramic tiles started in February 2019. The factory located in Bholas, Bangladesh, is spread out over 60 acres of land and is currently manufacturing more than 10,000 square meters of floor and wall tiles every day. There are two separate administrative and operational buildings with a plethora of factory workspace and over 1500 employees at the facility.

Bandaranaike International Airport is the primary airport that serves Sri Lanka. Bandaranaike is situated in a Negombo neighborhood north of Colombo, the country’s longstanding capital and commercial hub. Under the management of Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Ltd, the airport functions as the hub for the national carrier of Sri Lanka, Fitsair. There are three terminals at this airport, which serve 150 international flights and 10,000 visitors daily from this location. The takeoff ranges for landing are 3,441 meters and 3,350 meters. A second runway will be added as part of Phase II of the BIA extension project, along with an additional taxiway leading to the second runway.

The Problem

SAMI Pharmaceuticals initially installed a hybrid Wi-Fi solution, incorporating brands such as D-Link routers and TP-Link Deco series among others across their premises. However, this approach resulted in the absence of a centralized controller to manage all routers effectively. Recognizing the limitations of this decentralized setup, SAMI Pharmaceuticals needed to replace the existing outdated routers with a reliable networking setup from a reputed brand. The team’s search led them to evaluate several different brands, aiming to find one that could meet their technical requirements while remaining cost-effective.

The Pakistani retail bank, Bank Alfalah Limited, formerly known as Habib and Credit Exchange Bank is a division of the Abu Dhabi United Group which is an Emirati enterprise. GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan is a pharmaceutical company operating out of Pakistan. It is a subsidiary of the British business GSK and is Pakistan’s largest pharmaceutical company. When the company first began operating in Pakistan, Glaxo Laboratories Pakistan Ltd., the company was listed on the Karachi Stock Exchange. When Beecham, Glaxo Welcome, and Smith Kline, all of whom are well-known names in the pharmaceutical industry and independent companies merged in 2002, it resulted in the creation of GSK Pakistan. GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Pakistan Limited (GSKCH) and GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan Limited (GLAXO) were separated in 2015. GSKCH began conducting business independently in 2016 and GSKCH was listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange in 2017.
