Based in Turkey, Erciyes Anadolu Holding owns 30 companies across 8 different industries including textiles, energy, cable, logistics, and more. They export to over 140 countries with a network of 12,000 employees and over 2,300 domestic & overseas resellers. One of the largest enterprises in Turkey, Erciyes Anadolu Holding achieved 11.2 billion TL (Turkish lira) in net sales in 2019.


Requirement: A Centralized and Scalable Communications Solution

Erciyes Anadolu Holding needed easily manageable, end-to-end communications solutions that would allow them to manage their 45 factories, 35 stores, and power plants on to one network. This would not only allow them to centralize the network and communicate seamlessly amongst all sites, but it would support improved customer service and offer more advanced call forwarding features to manage all internal and external calls in a safer
and more secure fashion. Erciyes Anadolu Holding was also looking for a communication platform that provides easy integration with a variety of third-party applications and platforms to ensure their solution was scalable and future-proof. Their existing system of legacy PBXs lacked advanced call features, integrations, and the ability to merge into one centralized network.

Erciyes Anadolu Holding evaluated many different options from a wide variety of providers and chose Grandstream’s unified communications solution, which was proposed to them by Procom Technology Solution Partner, Buhari Dijital. The project was anchored by Grandstream’s award-winning UCM series of IP PBXs. The UCM series provides an enterprise-grade communications solution with hundreds of advanced features and the ability to integrate video on an easily expandable, license-free IP PBX.

Grandstream's UCM Series

The UCM series allowed Erciyes Anadolu Holding to bridge their existing legacy platforms with their UCM series solution in order to facilitate the migration while ensuring business operations proceeded as usual during the installation. After a quick and easy installation, the UCM series provided solutions for three main requirements: SIP Trunks to support a variety of service options, GSM integration to support cellular solutions, and the ability to support Skype calls. This flexibility allows the UCM Series to support all of the voice and video communication platforms that Erciyes Anadolu Holding wanted to utilize, all under one network.

As they serve over 2300 resellers worldwide and work with hundreds of partners and suppliers, Erciyes Anadolu Holding required an advanced call center solution. The built-in call center suite included with the UCM Series met all of their needs and provides high-level call queue functionality to improve and expand customer service. In addition to providing an efficient call manager, the UCM Series adds a detailed system of IVRs and auto-attendants that can be changed at any time and customized based on date, time, caller location, and more. Thanks to a suite of reports, recording, and other analytical tools provided by the UCM Series, Erciyes Anadolu Holding is now able to study its efforts to improve operations and increase efficiency.

Grandstream IP Phones

To get the most out of their new UCM Series backend solution, Erciyes Anadolu Holding deployed over 3,100 Grandstream IP phones across their offices in Turkey and around the world.

A simple-to-use device, almost 2500 units were deployed to office staff.
To provide a streamlined next-gen device for managers, 200 GXP2613s were deployed. 
100 GRP2614s were deployed for admins to provide 40 BLF and speed-dial keys.
To provide receptionists with 10 lines and tons of BLF/speed-dial keys, 100 GRP2615s were deployed with the GBX20 Extension Module
