Grandstream and RoamingiQ Announce Integration of GWN Wi-Fi Access Points with VAULT

Integration brings VAULT's automated Wi-Fi onboarding, unique per-user credentials, and property-wide roaming to Grandstream GWN Series deployments

Boston, MA, USA and Walpole, MA, USA (November 2nd, 2026) Grandstream Networks, connecting the world since 2002 with award-winning unified communications and networking solutions, today announced an integration between its GWN Series Wi-Fi access points and VAULT, the Wi-Fi authentication-as-a-service platform from RoamingiQ. The integration lets network operators, service providers, and property owners automatically onboard residents and guests with secure, unique Wi-Fi credentials that roam across an entire property or portfolio.

Simplified Onboarding for Multi-Tenant Wi-Fi

Shared passwords, captive portals, and manual account setup create support tickets and security gaps for apartment communities, student housing, and hotels. With VAULT on GWN access points, users are added by an administrator, synced from a property management system such as RealPage, or enrolled through self sign-up, with payment processing available for paid services. Users receive a welcome email to accept terms and access their personal Wi-Fi password. From then on, their devices connect automatically across units, common areas, and amenities.

Key capabilities enabled by the integration include:

  • Automated onboarding through administrator entry, property management system sync, or self sign-up
  • Unique per-user credentials for WPA2/WPA3 multi-Psk, enabling property-wide roaming with a single secure credential
  • Per-user device isolation and policies for bandwidth, and VLAN assignment
  • White-labeled dashboards and a full API, with centralized management across an entire portfolio

"Integrating VAULT with our GWN access points gives our partners a simple way to deliver secure, seamless Wi-Fi in multifamily and hospitality environments, with every resident connected on day one." said Brian Van Meter, Senior Marketing Manager for Grandstream.

“By adding GWN access points to the RoamingiQ family, we’re expanding the ways operators can deliver secure, seamless Wi-Fi with VAULT. Grandstream customers get a straightforward path to unique per-user credentials and roaming across their entire portfolio, and VAULT customers' options continue to expand alongside the equipment they already trust.” said Tyler, CEO of RoamingiQ.
