CloudUCM allows users to work from anywhere on nearly any device as it supports all SIP endpoints and Grandstream's Wave App for desktop, mobile, and web. It provides state-of-the-art security and reliability by providing a built-in Session Border Controller (SBC), 99.99% reliability guarantee with AWS-hosted services, global data centers, advanced encryption technology, and more. This scalable, cost-effective solution can be easily expanded at any time without the need for extra equipment while allowing businesses to eliminate PBX hardware, limit network infrastructure, and cut down on maintenance. CloudUCM can be seamlessly integrated with a variety of third-party systems to provide enhanced business continuity, including CRMs, Property Management Systems (PMS), ERP, customer service platforms, and more.
