Boston, MA, USA (October 29, 2026) Grandstream, connecting the world with award-winning unified communications and networking solutions since 2002, today announced the release of a new Wi-Fi 7 access point. The new GWN7671 is a wall-mounted, dual-band BE3600 Wi-Fi 7 access point designed for small-to-medium businesses, hotels, apartments, and modern offices. With support for 256 concurrent clients, a 175-meter coverage range, advanced QoS, mesh networks, captive portals, and up to 1,000 PPSKs, the GWN7671 is an ideal Wi-Fi access point for standard commercial and enterprise deployments.

The GWN7671 combines high-performance wireless coverage with built-in wired connectivity. A 2.5 Gigabit PoE+ uplink powers the access point, while two Gigabit PoE output ports directly power and connect nearby devices such as IP phones, printers, TVs, and security cameras. This reduces cabling costs and keeps workspaces and guest rooms clean and professional. Its sleek in-wall design provides a discreet installation that complements modern commercial spaces.

The GWN7671 uses 2.4 GHz 2x2:2 and 5 GHz 3x3:2 MU-MIMO with DL/UL OFDMA technology to deliver up to 3.6Gbps of aggregate wireless throughput. On the 5 GHz band, a dedicated extra antenna supports Xtra Range 2.0 technology for stronger signal penetration through walls and seamless edge-to-edge coverage, with wireless rates up to 2,882Mbps over 160 MHz channels. Multi-RU and Preamble Puncturing technology improve bandwidth utilization and anti-interference ability, 4096 QAM modulation significantly increases data transfer rates, and MLO technology optimizes spectrum resource utilization to ensure a smooth experience for every user.

To ensure easy installation and management, the GWN7671 includes an embedded controller within its web user interface that can manage up to 50 local GWN APs. It is also supported by GDMS Networking and GWN Manager, Grandstream's cloud and on-premise Wi-Fi management platforms. It is the ideal Wi-Fi AP for voice-over-Wi-Fi deployments and offers a seamless connection with Grandstream's Wi-Fi capable IP phones.

Notable features of the GWN7671 include:
