Being a software-based solution, it provides a scalable business communication and collaboration platform with comprehensive features and integrations that enable teams to be more productive. SoftwareUCM can be deployed on virtual machines, physical machines, or cloud platforms. Thanks to multi-tenant support, system integrators, resellers, and ITSPs can divide a single installation of the software between multiple customers, allocating resources flexibly to each independent instance. This includes managing the resources allocated to each instance, such as CPU, memory, and storage, as well as handling software updates, backups, and instance-specific settings.
Through GDMS and UCM RemoteConnect, essential diagnostics tools can be run to monitor and troubleshoot a SoftwareUCM instance. Keep in mind that only one SoftwareUCM platform can have the tool run on it at a time. The GDMS diagnostics tool will check the following:
