Grandstream's entire UCM Series of IP PBX Solutions have been approved by Oracle as a validated interface for Oracle® OPERA
Boston, MA, USA - May 4, 2026 – Grandstream, connecting the world with award-winning unified communications and networking solutions since 2002, today officially announced integration between the UCM Series and Oracle OPERA. Oracle has approved Grandstream's entire award-winning UCM Series of IP PBX Solutions as a validated interface for their globally renowned OPERA Property Management System, allowing the UCM Series to be directly integrated with Oracle OPERA without middleware. This enables hospitality users to build advanced OPERA property management solutions that are fully managed and controlled by the UCM Series, seamlessly combining hotel operations and communications into one solution. Oracle's validation covers Grandstream's entire current line of IP PBX solutions; the UCM6300 Series IP PBX hardware, CloudUCM, and SoftwareUCM.
Oracle's validation of the UCM Series with Oracle OPERA allows hospitality clients to simplify their operations, reduce costs, and provide a smoother experience for hotel staff and guests alike. The combined solution provides a powerful and easy-to-manage platform for automated check-in and check-out, wake-up calls, DND control, room status, reservation updates, housekeeping updates, minibar and call billing, guest requests and communications, staff communications, and much more - all fully managed by the UCM Series. Data between UCM Series solutions and Oracle OPERA is exchanged with the help of the Fidelio Interface Application Specification (FIAS) protocol, which is widely used in property management systems. Firmware for the UCM6300 Series has been updated to include this integration.
