The new GRP2600 Lite series brings WireGuard VPN, GS-FEC packet loss resistance, and AI noise reduction to five easy-to-deploy 2-line desktop IP phones

Boston, MA, USA (November 3rd, 2026) Grandstream, connecting the world with award-winning unified communications and networking solutions since 2002, today announced the expansion of its GRP Series of Carrier-Grade IP Phones with the new GRP2600 Lite series. The series includes five 2-line Essential Lite IP phones, the GRP2601L, GRP2601LP, GRP2601LW, GRP2602LP and GRP2602LG, all designed with zero-touch provisioning for mass deployment and easy management. Engineered for on-site and remote desktop workers, the GRP2600 Lite series provides an easy-to-use, highly deployable voice endpoint for enterprises, service providers, and high-volume markets.

Every model in the GRP2600 Lite series delivers 5-way voice conferencing, EHS compatibility for headsets from Plantronics, Jabra, Sennheiser, and more, and Noise Shield technology paired with AI noise reduction. Together, these filter out steady ambient sounds like the hum of an air conditioner as well as sudden disturbances such as keystrokes and mouse clicks. To keep calls clear over unstable networks, Grandstream's self-developed GS-FEC technology resists up to 70% audio packet loss, and native WireGuard VPN support provides a fast, lightweight encrypted tunnel for remote workers and distributed offices.

The GRP2600 Lite series also extends the desktop phone into the user's digital workspace. The series is compatible with the GS EXT app, which turns a smartphone into a virtual expansion module for speed dials, BLF, call pickup, and other programmable functions without additional hardware. The Grandstream Click2Dial browser extension lets users share screens, transfer files, and add on-screen notes from their web browser without interrupting active calls, and a comprehensive SDK gives system integrators and solution providers the APIs, tools, and sample code to build CRM integrations, custom call center solutions, and new applications.

All GRP2600 Lite models provide carrier-grade and enterprise-level security, including secure boot, TLS 1.3, SHA-256-based authentication, and SRTP-encrypted calls. For cloud provisioning and centralized management, the series is supported by Grandstream's Device Management System (GDMS), and it is fully interoperable with major UC platforms including BroadSoft, Metaswitch, 3CX, Zoom, RingCentral, NetSapiens, and Asterisk.
