Grandstream Adds New 12-Line Model to the GRP Series of Carrier-Grade IP Phones

Boston, MA, USA – (November 3, 2022) – Grandstream, connecting the world with award-winning unified communications and networking solutions since 2002, today announced the release of a new 12-line model that joins the GRP series of Professional Carrier-Grade IP Phones. The new GRP2636 supports up to 12 lines, 6 SIP accounts, and is designed with zero-touch provisioning to provide easy mass deployment and management. This Carrier-Grade IP Phone feature a sleek design and a suite of next-generation features including integrated dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 5-way voice conferencing, noise shield technology, 24 multi-purpose extension keys, and more.

The GRP2636 features 12 line keys and 24 multi-purpose extension keys with a convenient paper slot to allow for quick and easy access to important contacts. It become the newest members of Grandstream’s GRP series of Carrier-Grade IP Phones, which are designed to offer simple mass deployment and easy-management paired with next-generation features. The GRP series is compatible with the Grandstream Device Management System (GDMS) to provide centralized provisioning and deployment. Additional features of the GRP2636 include:

• 4.3 inch (480x272) color LCD screen
• Dual switched auto-sensing 10/100/1000 Mbps Gigabit Ethernet ports with integrated PoE
• Integrated dual-band Wi-Fi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, 2.4GHz and 5GHz)
• Integrated Bluetooth to connect headsets, sync contacts, calendars and more
• RJ9 headset jack supports Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) with Plantronics headsets; USB port to support USB headsets
• Full-duplex speakerphone with HD audio to maximize audio quality and clarity
• Equipped with noise shield technology to minimize background noise
• Supports 5-way audio conferencing for easy conference calls
• Enterprise-level protection including secure boot, dual firmware images, and encrypted data storage
• Swappable faceplates allow for easy logo customization
